Upon submission of the application, we liaise with the lender and endeavour to obtain the Offer as soon as possible and on to completion and providing the funds required.

Throughout the Mortgage process we liaise with, you, the solicitors, estate agents and the lender to ensure that everything is running as smoothly as possible and we are always happy to speak to you if you have any queries at all throughout the whole mortgage process.
